Job Description

• Greet and direct visitors
• Answer and respond to phone and emails
• Ensure reception area is well-maintained and orderly
• Monitor and order office supplies
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Record and file documents appropriately
• Provide assistance to other departments as necessary

Requirements for the Candidate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask
