Position Title: Executive Chef

Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

Salary: AED 1500/month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our kitchen team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. This individual must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary and international cuisine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of menus, food preparation, and the overall running of the kitchen. They must have the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring their work meets the highest standards. The Executive Chef will also adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in lodging management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisines
• Expertise in food preparation, presentation, and storage techniques
