Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sommelier for our UAE-based team working in premium restaurants and nightclubs. The Sommelier will serve as the primary resource for all matters related to wines, spirits, and other beverage products. This individual will be tasked with researching and procuring exceptional varietals and products while providing guests and staff with timely, engaging, and relevant information on product, food and beverage pairings, and industry trends. The Sommelier will be responsible for educational wine tastings and training staff on products, products advantages, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, food and beverage management or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining setting
• Proven ability to engage and inform guests on various varietals and specialty menu items
• Hands-on
