Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a salary of AED 1300. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience and must be authorized to work in the area.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and answer inquiries
• Type documents and letters, and review them for accuracy before signing off
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and organize meetings
• Receive, sort and organize mail
• Prepare and deliver presentations
• File, copy and scan documents as needed
• Order office supplies and maintain inventories
• Troubleshoot minor office equipment issue
• Maintain organized and confidential record-keeping systems

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Proven work experience in an office environment
