We are a young, dynamic, and rapidly developing company, currently seeking a motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office, including answering the phone, receiving visitors and clients, filing, sorting, and distributing documents, and light typing and data entry tasks. The successful candidate will also assist with day-to-day operations and help to maintain a clean, organized work environment. We expect the candidate to be flexible and able to multitask.

Requirements:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to take initiative, be resourceful and reliable.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with computers and able to learn quickly.
• Any additional work experience is a plus
