Job Description:
We are looking to fill a Secretary position in Doha for a mobile company with a salary of 1000 a month. This role is perfect for an immigrant looking for their new home in Doha, Qatar.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and organize the daily office operations and procedures
• Preparing and maintaining appropriate filing systems
• Schedule, coordinate and record internal and external meetings and conferences
• Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
• Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls
• Screen and respond to emails
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and other staff
• Monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Prepare, maintain and submit documents and reports
• Provide general administrative and clerical support tasks
• Compile and maintain confidential files and records
• Support and assist staff on work-related activities
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
