Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex laboratory experiments and analyze the results
• Identify new and/or innovative materials or processes
• Develop new testing methodologies in accordance with safety protocols
• Monitor and ensure quality control in areas assigned
• Develop new formulations, blends and materials
• Lead product testing, process optimization, and troubleshooting initiatives
• Work with a team of researchers to develop new products and technologies
• Maintain accurate records of experimentation processes

Demands for the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry
• Experience in a laboratory is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of chemical and physical principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated
