We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a professional office setting.

As our Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and other staff, as well as performing basic clerical tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; greeting visitors, filing and organizing paperwork, answering phone calls and providing customer service. The candidate must learn quickly and be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
