Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial services to our office and clients. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and edit written reports, proposals and presentations
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Answer and manage incoming calls; take messages and reply to emails
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Maintain filing system and archives
- Order and take inventory of office supplies
- Handle confidential documents
- Act as a liaison between management and employees
- Prepare invoices and track payments
- Any other tasks, as assigned
