We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha.

The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative and organizational support to our team(s) and work closely with other teams in the organization to ensure successful operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for efficient organization and management of office activities and processes.

• Create and maintain filing systems, calendars, schedules and other necessary documents.

• Actively manage and distribute incoming and outgoing emails.

• Monitor and update employee records, HR files and other related records.

• Receive, qualify and process all guests, customers, and pertinent stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.

• Prepare reports and presentations as required.

• Performing all other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position in an administrative environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
