Job Description:

The Office Assistant will work closely with the management team to provide quality support to customers. Responsibilities include:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or other channels
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Generate and manage documents such as reports, invoices, proposals etc.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors
• Submit invoices to accounts payable department
• Prepare monthly expense reports
