We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle a variety of tasks, from answering phones to managing administrative duties in a professional, fast-paced work environment.

The primary responsibilities for this position include providing administrative support, such as taking and logging phone messages, scheduling appointments and meetings, and filing paperwork. The successful applicant will also be responsible for running errands, mailing and messaging documents, and providing customer service to guests. The candidate should be able to quickly adapt to changing tasks and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
