Executive Chef in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are looking for an Executive Chef to work in Ras-al-Khaimah, with a salary of 1700. The successful candidate must be experienced in cooking international cuisines, ranging from European to contemporary Asian. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen is necessary.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu design, purchasing, contract negotiations, as well as overseeing the daily activities of the kitchen staff. The successful applicant must be able to motivate staff, comply with health and safety regulations, ensure food quality and provide an excellent customer experience. The Executive Chef must have the skills and confidence to make informed decisions and have creative flair.
