- At least 5 years of experience working in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen
- An in-depth knowledge of food preparation and well-honed cooking skills
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for developing innovative new dishes
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team
- Knowledge of food safety practices and nutrition
