Job Responsibilities

- Developing dishes, menus and recipes for the restaurant
- Food preparation as per orders placed
- Maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring safe and hygienic food practices in the kitchen
- Collaborating with the team to create innovative menu items
- Supervising junior staff in the kitchen

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience as a chef, or similar position preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of safety, health and hygiene regulations
- Effective organizational and communication skills
