As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all preparations meet the highest quality of fine-dining standards according to customer expectations. You will oversee menu creation, food preparation, and compliance with food safety regulations. You will lead the kitchen staff, providing guidance and support, and stay abreast of food trends and changes in customer preferences.
