Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing a kitchen team in a large-scale establishment

• Ensuring that high standards of food quality, presentation, and culinary creativity are maintained

• Working with the kitchen team to develop new menu options

• Purchasing and inventory management

• Ensuring the kitchen is well-maintained, clean and properly stocked

• Consolidating the team in a proper way

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

• A passion for food and an understanding of the latest culinary trends

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene laws

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
