Job Title: Barista

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and regular coffee drinks, espresso drinks, and teas
• Make drinks accurately and in a timely manner
• Check the quality and temperature of servings
• Restock inventory and supplies
• Keep work space and café area clean and organized
• Ensure order accuracy and quality throughout the entire café experience
• Educate customers on coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
• Process customer orders in a timely manner
• Uphold cash handling and barista best practices

Qualifications:
• Previous barista experience preferred
• Ability to operate coffee machines, grinders, and other coffee shop equipment
• Knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
