Job Description:

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and secretarial support to the team and other colleagues. Key duties will include providing assistance with the scheduling and management of meetings, answering emails and telephone calls, addressing client and customer inquiries, typing, filing and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in administration and/or secretarial work
• Extremely organized, punctual and reliable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• All necessary permits to work in Doha
