We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The salary is 1,400QAR/month and is negotiable, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently as well as in a team. The Secretary is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the company and the efficient operation of all administrative activities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, mail, emails, and fax

• Travel planning, manage travel arrangements

• Communicate and manage relationships with suppliers or customers

• Coordinate office activities

• Generating reports, entering data into a system

• Scheduling appointments, managing filing systems

• Covering the reception area, attending to visitors
