As Office Assistant, you would be assigned to manage diverse office affairs and assist senior executives. Your primary duties would include:

• Welcome and provide support to visitors and clients

• Answer phone calls and emails

• Schedule, organize and manage meetings
• Order and purchase office supplies
• Data entry and document filing
• Support other staff in completing their duties
