Responsibilities

Preparing and translating itineraries to clients for the various destinations of interest and making sure that all travel arrangements run according to the program.
Preparing itineraries to the various destinations of interest.
Responding to inquiries regarding hotels and safaris within 24hrs.
Ensuring that tours quotations are competitive inclusions, exclusions as well as terms and conditions of a quotation should be highlighted to reduce disputes with clients.
Ensuring payment for each tour booking is received in advance or proper authorization is received from a potential guest prior to credit sale.
