The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and planning menus, sourcing and purchasing the required ingredients, and managing the kitchen staff. Knowledge and experience of international culinary delights is paramount, as you will be providing high-quality dishes to our customers.

A keen eye for detail and efficiency will be key in this role and a commitment to keeping up with the latest trends and styles in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have at least minimal work experience, preferably gained in a similar role.
