Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: AED 1600 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Secretary to join our team. We are open to considering an immigrant to fill the position. No prior experience is required.

We are seeking an individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of professionalism. The successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail and be able to respond quickly to queries and changing situations.

Main duties include:
• Provide efficient administrative and clerical support such as typing, answering telephone calls, booking meeting rooms, photocopying, scanning and other general administrative tasks.
• Manage day-to-day office activities such as filing, organizing documents and maintaining office supplies
• Schedule meetings and appointments and arrange for travel under the direction of senior management
