We are looking for an experienced Secretary for our Doha branch.

We are looking for an organized and people-oriented person who can help maintain efficient office administration. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar role as well as excellent knowledge of clerical and administrative principles.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced computer skills and the ability to stay focused on the details. The right candidate should be customer-oriented and reliable, with a customer service attitude.

The position will include tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings, as well as taking dictation, drafting memos and managing the office calendar. The candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills in English.

The salary of this position is 900 QAR. We welcome qualified applicants with foreign background.
