Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for a new full-time Office Assistant at our office in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1300 AED and willing to consider suitable candidates who are both local and foreign.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Main duties of the role will include: organizing files, answering phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, ordering and sorting stationery, taking messages and scheduling appointments. You will also be required to assist the management team with various projects.

Previous office experience is not required, but experience in a similar role or with a related skill set would be an added advantage.
