Job Description:
As an Executive Chef, you will lead the kitchen staff and monitor the food preparation process. You will be responsible for creating menus, overseeing food service operations and maintaining a high-quality food production. You will also be responsible for food safety, developing recipes and monitoring the financial performance of the kitchen.

Job Duties:
• Develop and oversee a creative menu planning process
• Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring quality standards are met
• Manage quality control; troubleshoot and solve cake issues and order supplies when necessary
• Ensure food safety standards are met
• Invent new recipes and maintain established recipes for food items
• Monitor food and labor costs
• Create and develop new menu items

Skills and Qualifications:
