Job Description:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations in the kitchen, setting up menus, selecting the ingredients, and planning and directing staff. The Executive Chef will be expected to ensure quality control, manage food costs and ensure sanitation practices are followed. This role will require playing a key role in developing culinary standards for the business.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional cooking, preferably in an upscale hotel/restaurant/catering environment
