We are looking for a professional secretary in Doha with a salary of 1000 US Dollars.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy and a sound working knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience in administrative roles

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the management, answering emails, faxes, and telephone calls
• Preparing documents and correspondence
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Maintaining filing systems
• Tracking and recording expenses

Compensation:

• Salary of 1000 US Dollars
