Job Position: Merchandiser

Location: Sharjah

Salary: AED 1500

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have basic compute and customer service skills, with minimal experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, updating customer records, and providing support to the sales and marketing teams. You must be able to maintain up-to-date product knowledge, identify current trends and product availability, and provide timely stock count updates.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop merchandising displays

• Partner with the marketing team to promote products

• Monitor inventory levels and sales figures

• Provide excellent customer service in the retail outlets

• Manage customer orders accurately and process returns efficiently

• Update customer records
