Job Description

The main duties of a Light Driver include the following activities: driving passenger vehicles safely; ensuring timely arrival of passengers to their destination; and providing customer service.

Duties

• Analyzing routes and inspecting the vehicle prior to commencing a route;

• Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle;

• Receiving and responding to calls for services;

• Meeting passengers at their door and helping them with their luggage;

• Picking up and dropping off passengers at their requested locations;

• Maintaining proper records of trips;

• Filling in mileage logs;

• Following safety rules and regulations while driving.
