Job Title: Secretary – Abu Dhabi

Needs for the Candidate:

We are looking for a reliable, organized and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires excellent organizational skills and an ability to pay attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining calendars, arranging and coordinating meetings and events
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Writing, editing, and proofreading documents
• Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages
• Monitoring emails, responding to queries and forwarding emails when needed
• Drafting and sending out correspondence
• Building and maintaining inter-departmental relationships
• Managing and maintaining office equipment
• Filing, scanning and copying documents
• Carrying out general office duties
• Taking up other duties as required.
