The key responsibilities of the Secretary include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and redirecting calls
• Maintaining track and ensuring the completion of administrative tasks
• Taking accurate messages and routing them to the appropriate people
• Managing the office calendar and diary
• Assisting with travel and hotel bookings
• Preparing and managing documents
• Filing and maintaining office records
• Any other tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and
