Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for a full-time position in El-Fujairah, with a salary of 1000. You will provide quality customer service to individuals and businesses, manage daily office duties, provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Tasks:
• Organize appointments and meetings with clients, employees and other stakeholders.
• Greet and welcome guests and customers in office.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies.
• Compile and distribute documents.
• Prepare correspondences, reports and other documents.
• Receiving and sorting out mail.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Office Administration required
• Proven experience as an office clerk or similar
