Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/department
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Enter data into the system and maintain records
• Arrange meetings and appointments
• Handle office correspondence and payments
• Assist with event planning and organizing
• Prepare documents for mailings and follow-up on the same
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace

Requirements
• High school diploma
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
