Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join the team at a 5 star hotel in Ras-al-Khaimah. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, creating and scheduling menus, briefing staff on requirements and developing exciting menus to capture the interest of our guests.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or in a similar role. Candidates must have knowledge of current culinary trends and must be able to think innovatively and create imaginative menus. Exceptional people skills, an eye for detail and a drive for success are essential for this role. A foreign candidate is welcome to apply for this position.

Salary

The salary offered for this position is AED 1400 per month plus benefits.
