Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- Ability to develop and implement realistic cycle plans to maintain project completion
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making abilities
- Skilled in the use of CAD software
- Able to work with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues and customers
- Can work independently, as well as part of a team
- A willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
