We are seeking a Secretary to join our dynamic team based in Doha, Qatar. Our office specializes in project management and consulting in numerous international markets.

The successful candidate will provide efficient secretarial and administrative support. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining efficient filing systems
• Taking dictation and preparing documents
• Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests
• Handling correspondence and emails
• Scheduling and arranging meetings
• Gathering and compiling information
• Performing data entry duties

We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 QAR and are open to consider candidates from foreign countries. We require at least minimal work experience for this position.
