Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an experienced and reliable Secretary for our Doha office. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with a competitive salary of 1100. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the department, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and providing the highest level of customer service.

Job Requirements

β€’ Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
β€’ Very good communication skills in English and proficiency in any other language is an added advantage
β€’ Excellent organizational and administrative skills
β€’ Ability to work independently, multi-task, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
β€’ Good command of general computer and Microsoft Office applications
β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
β€’ Proven ability to work with people at all levels
β€’ Flexible and committed to providing excellent customer service
