We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant seeking to make a fresh start in the Middle East.

The Business Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the business and be responsible for managing the company’s financial, services, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year’s experience in a similar role and will be an excellent negotiator and problem solver.

Key responsibilities include:

-Developing and implementing short and long term business strategies
-Formulating goals, objectives, and policies
-Managing budgets and overseeing activities related to finance & accounting
-Organizing departmental and staff activities
-Directing, coordinating, and monitoring changes in operations
-Negotiating with vendors, customers, and suppliers on behalf of the business
-Providing mentorship and support to staff
