Job Description:

The Office Assistant will support the activities at our El-Ain office by completing and managing office tasks, greeting visitors, assisting with projects and other miscellaneous office duties. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, sorting mail, setting appointments, reserving conference rooms, ordering office supplies, preparing and completing paperwork, data entry, and responding to queries from clients and visitors.
