We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser for our office in Dibba-El-Fujairah.

The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of creating, designing, and implementing all merchandising plans and strategies across the entire brand and product portfolio. They will be expected to develop strategies to increase demand and enhance our customers’ shopping experiences, both online and in-store.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience in a similar role and in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Creative problem-solving skills, good judgment, and the ability to perform under time and budget constraints.

• Solid attention to detail and experience of working with a wide range of products.

• Effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to plan, coordinate and lead a team.

• The ability to work collaboratively with departments to drive the overall success of the business.
