Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a highly competitive salary of 1200 and will involve providing a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to the team. We are willing to consider a candidate from abroad.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Secretary will be to provide a range of secretarial and administrative support to the team. This will involve managing communication (such as emails, phone calls and letters), managing records and filing systems, preparing documents, organising meetings, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining effective working relationships with external contacts, and performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills (oral and written) as well as strong organisational and communication capabilities. A diploma or equivalent qualification in office administration is highly desirable. It is also essential that the candidate be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (
