We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. This position offers a great salary of 1000 AED plus additional benefits.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work on their own initiative as well as contributing to a team.

**Requirements for the Candidate:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable organization is preferred, although candidates with no previous experience will be considered
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisines
- Ability to design and manage menus
- Understanding of food costing and budgetary considerations
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a culinary team
- Proven record of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven experience in teams with multi-cultural backgrounds
