Job Responsibilities:

•Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
•Maintain the office filing system and manage office inventory
•Create work schedules and coordinate with other departments
•Assist with organizing meetings and events
•Handle correspondence, mail, and other mail-related tasks
•Provide administrative support to other staff
