Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. They should be comfortable with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as an eagerness to learn new processes quickly.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing filing systems, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, taking notes during meetings, responding to emails and phone calls, data entry, filing documents, preparing reports and other general office duties as required.
To be considered for this role we expect the following:
• High School diploma or equivalent;
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A strong sense of organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and multitasking.
