Office assistant in El-Ain, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our vibrant and productive team at our El-Ain office. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills to assist with office operations and workflow.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, preparing documents and reports, filing paperwork and organizing materials. This role requires strong customer service skills as the Office Assistant will serve as the primary contact with customers when they visit the office.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of modern office technologies such as word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc. They should also have excellent communication skills with English being the primary language spoken in the office. Previous experience in an administrative function is highly advantageous.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 per month based on experience and qualifications. We are open to considering a foreign applicant for this role if they possess the necessary skillsets and qualifications outlined above.
