Office assistant in El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
The Office Assistant should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize their workload and work independently without direct supervision. They should also possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with colleagues, clients, and customers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with technology, such as computers and software applications.
Key responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Typing documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations etc.
• Maintaining organized filing systems both electronically and manually
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• Ordering office supplies as needed
• Assisting in any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management
The successful applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position who is willing to provide proof of their legal right to work in El-Fujairah. The salary for this position is 1000 per month.
