We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer demand, developing marketing strategies and implementing product display plans in order to maximize sales.

The Merchandiser will be in charge of managing pricing, product selection and promotional activity in order to drive revenue. This individual must also stay up-to-date with the latest trends and industry developments in order to identify opportunities to attract more customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer demand and develop marketing strategies
• Create product display plans and implement them
• Manage pricing, product selection and promotional activities
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for increased revenue
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, retail merchandising, marketing and operations
• Develop reports on consumer behavior, market conditions and other relevant data

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role is preferred but not required
• Understanding of consumer behavior principles
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600 AED per month
