We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well presented and attractively displayed in the retail stores or supermarkets.

The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of different product categories, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and make decisions independently. They should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

-Develop plans and strategies for product promotion within the retail outlets;
-Analyze sales figures, customer reviews and market trends to identify business opportunities;
-Negotiate with suppliers on prices, promotions and product placement;
-Liaise with store managers to ensure products are correctly displayed;
-Train sales staff on delivering customer service excellence;
-Organize special events to promote sales of particular products;
-Monitor stock levels, reorder when necessary and manage returns;
-Create reports on findings from store visits.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working in a similar role;
-Knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis and forecasting models;
-Good organizational skills;
-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
